Invoices and payments
Numbered invoices with UPI links, chased until they are paid.
WACRM raises a numbered invoice from an order or from scratch, sends it on WhatsApp with a UPI payment link built from your own VPA, and chases it until it is paid. Reminders can run on the due date ladder, on a repeating interval, or both.
Appointments
Reminders: UpcomingBookings with WhatsApp reminders. Reminder schedules are saved with each booking. Free-text reminders only reach customers inside the 24-hour service window — for bookings further out, an approved template is used automatically.

Hi {{1}}, this is a reminder for your {{2}} on {{3}}. Reply here if you need to reschedule.
How it works
- 1
Raise it
From an order in one click, or manually against any contact. Numbering is sequential with your own prefix.
- 2
Send it where they already are
The invoice goes out on WhatsApp with the amount, due date and a UPI link that opens their payment app — no gateway signup, using the VPA you already have.
- 3
Let it chase itself
Reminders before and after the due date, plus an optional "remind every N hours until paid". Everything stops the moment you mark it paid.
The specifics
- Repeat reminders run from every hour to every 30 days, with a ceiling so an abandoned invoice cannot nag forever.
- Overdue invoices are flagged automatically and can trigger an automation.
- Payment instructions — bank details, GST notes — are appended to every invoice message.
- Invoice paid and invoice overdue are both automation triggers, so you can thank or escalate automatically.
- WACRM does not process the payment. The UPI link opens the customer’s own app, and you mark the invoice paid when the money arrives — there is no automatic reconciliation yet.
Questions people ask
- Do I need a payment gateway?
- No. Invoices carry a UPI link built from your own VPA, so customers pay you directly. A gateway is optional.
- Can it remind customers until they pay?
- Yes. Set an interval — hourly through to weekly — and the invoice is re-sent on that schedule while it is unpaid, up to a limit you choose. Marking it paid stops it immediately.
- Does it know when someone has paid?
- Not automatically. You mark the invoice paid, which cancels the pending reminders and can trigger an automation.
